La nomofilachia nelle Alte Corti

The CIR team organized a cycle of webinars organized by the LUISS unit about the function, exercised by the High Courts, of ensuring the uniform interpretation and application of the law: "La nomofilachia nelle Alte Corti".

The cycle consisted of six webinars, all introduced and moderated by Prof. Raffaele Bifulco (LUISS):

- The first one was devoted to the analysis of the activity of the Corte di Cassazione and took place on the 29th of January, from 5 to 7 pm. The discussants were Prof. Aldo Sandulli (LUISS) and Alessandro Andonio, judge of the Corte di Cassazione.

- The second one was devoted to the analysis of the role of the Consiglio di Stato and took place on the 25th of February, from 5 to 7 pm. The discussants were Prof. Bernardo G. Mattarella (LUISS) and Giancarlo Montedoro, judge of the Consiglio di Stato.

- The third one was devoted to the analysis of the function of Corte dei Conti and took place on the 25th of March, from 5 to 7 pm. The discussants were Prof. Aristide Police and Massimiliano Atelli, judge of the Corte dei Conti.

- The fourth one was devoted to the analysis of the activity of the Corte Costituzionale and took place on the 22th of April, from 5 to 7 pm. The discussants were Prof. Nicola Lupo (LUISS) and Nicolò Zanon, judge of the Corte Costituzionale.

- The fifth one was devoted to the analysis of the role of the Court of Justice of the European Union and took place on the 13th of May, from 5 to 7 pm. The discussants were Prof. Daniele Gallo (LUISS) and Lucia Serena Rossi, judge of the Court of Justice of the European Union.

- The sixth and last one was devoted to the analysis of the function of European Court of Human Rights and took place on the 18th of June, from 5 to 7 pm. The discussants were Prof. Pietro Pustorino and Raffaele Sabato, judge of the European Court of Human Rights.
