PSPP judgment: the perspective of Inter-legality

On the 15th of June, from 10 to 12 am, the CIR team held its first webinar, titled "PSPP judgment: the perspective of Inter-legality". The seminar was devoted to the discussion of the groundbreaking PSPP decision of the German Federal Constitutional Court of 5 May 2020 from the perspective of inter-legality. The decision was presented by Dr. Orlando Scarcello. Prof. Edoardo Chiti then provided the analysis of the judgment through the lens of inter-legality. The active and engaging debate was moderated by Prof. Gianluigi Palombella.

In this first discussion, the perspective of inter-legality has allowed the participants to grasp some limits and contradictions of the PSPP decision, which will be further studied by the CIR team.
