University of Tuscia Research Unit

The Viterbo Unit is a multidisciplinary research group made up of five components: Edoardo Chiti (Professor of Administrative Law), Mario Savino (Professor of Administrative Law), Alessandro Bufalini (Researcher in International Law), Alberto Spinosa (Researcher in International Law) and Charlotte Vallino (Professor of Political and Economic Geography). Its main purpose is to contribute to the Inter-Legality Project by reconstructing the ways in which administrative law techniques address and shape inter-legality. Its approach is one of ‘administrative law in context’ and it aims at analyzing a number of case studies, such as food safety, environmental protection, migration, with a view to provide an overview of the existing operational models and to identify best practices and instruments to govern inter-legality.
